Return and Exchange

Please read the following terms and conditions to be eligible for return or exchange. Any of these conditions need to be fulfilled for eligibility.

  • Customers can return or exchange unworn shoes within 3 days of purchase.
  • Shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Customers can exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  • If you believe your shoes have a manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Items once purchased are non-refundable.
  • Damaged sole and upper are claimable within 60 days of purchase. 50% of the amount of claimable item will be payed by the customer.
  • No returns/refund for washable shoes and accessories like belts/wallets/shoe wax. Imported items cannot be claimed.
